If you feel that your life is threaten why give a warning they would be lucky to get a verbal warning from me depending how fast they come in. might want to leave the phone on the floor recording you giving your verbal could help your case just dont shot then walk up to him and shot again might be a bad thing

was rereading some of the post in NC you dont have the right to restrain anyone the is no citizens arrest. But if he gets up and comes back for seconds might not need the cuffs or zip ties

Be careful around doorways. There is a thing called the fatal funnel. It's the area of a doorway, with the least amount of cover and concealment. Honestly you want to stay where you can not be seen, but you can see anything coming into the doorway. That way you have the element of suprise, and you are not an open target.
