I had a look at the mags tonight, I put 5 rounds in each and then measured from the center of the bullet nose to the edge of the mag on the one I did not have any issues with. All 5 mags were different, each one was pointing at a different angle. I bent in the edge with the cut out. Each round is now parallel with the top of the mag. Truth will be told on Sunday at the range.

I've never had a problem with any of my mags, I even use .40 mags in my 9mm and 9mm in my .40. I guess it depends on how you load, unload and drop them.

I was out on Sunday and put 150 rnds down range and only had one failure. I put that mag aside and continued without any failures for the rest of the day. When I checked the "bad" mag, the bullet nose was slightly higher than the rest of the mags. It was only about 1/8" but it is enough to get in the way. I have reformed the mag and stretched the spring a bit to get a little more tension out of it. Next trip to the range will tell, as I plan on shooting the crap out of the "bad" mag. Looks like problem solved.
Thanks to all of you for your gracious help and assistance! Cheers
