Carry Permit Minnesota Application
Okay
corrected my topic, Minnesota has a carry law, not conceal & carry. But how strict are the sheriffs with the applications. I am in Anoka County. I know that it ask you to answer all questions and if any question is unanswered they can deny your application, but I just now remembered that I did not fill anything in for Distinguished Marks ( scars, tattoos, etc,,, ). I left that blank. Would they deny my application based on me leaving that question unanswered or would they at least call me if they had any question? I mean that would be terrible to be denied a carry permit because I simply forgot to answer that question. They have all the other info, what do they care about tattoos, scars, and so forth. I applied 1-13-06 have not heard anything yet. |

I'd give them a call. You may also want to try a post over at http://www.twincitiescarry.com/forum/ There's probably guys on there who have dealt with Anoka County.

I live in Wisconsin, and got my non-resident permit from Houston County. I don't recall any issues with anything. The woman at the sheriff's office was very helpful in making sure I had all my i's dotted and t's crossed. Took about 24 days for me to get mine.

Thanks Kat Man for the other forum that deals with Minnesota.
I will see if anyone may have a good answer for me. |
