I have the EFK 9mm conversion in my XD40 service. It runs perfectly with 900 rounds through it so far by me. (bought it used)
I also reccommend Don's guide rod and about a 20-22# spring when you get it. Combine shipping and save.

Another option is the Barsto conversion barrel, but it is about $50 more. I won one in the raffle, but I haven't gotten it. Hopefully it will get here in the next couple weeks.
