TruGlo TFO's
So I have the TFO's on my service model and the right rear fiber seems to be much dimmer than the other 2. I called Truglo and asked about warranty replacement. I believe the lady I spoke to was Ashley, very friendly and helpful. I explained the problem, and she told me they would be happy to replace them. They are currently yellow rear, and they are even going to give me the green rear at no charge.
Initial thoughts: Great customer service so far, I will send in the sights and see how long it takes to get the new ones. Only bad part is I live about 15 miles from their offices, but cannot take it directly there as they have had too many people come in with loaded guns. Thus, they have locked the doors to outsiders. That is a shame. I will let everyone know how this ends.
