I agree that, that guy could pass as overkill's twin.

Lurch was pointing out the fact that the guy's crappy holster has a strap that depresses the grip saftey therefore makeing his pistol that much more unsafe. Glad the cop called it a Glock. No need to give a great gun a bad name

Maybe he called it a Glock because once the grip safety is pushed in by the holster, all that's left is the trigger safety. Just like a Glock! And if it was 1 day old, the finish probably was mint... Jut like a Glock!

You're missing one important detail:

That guy is wearing clothing.

I believe the guy with the XD is in Florida, and the "native drunk Peacewalker" was in Vegas. Dumbass with XD showing his goods at the poolside, and saying he robbed 2 banks, and he even had some press clippings in his pocket about them. But... he just got his XD that day... Hmmm, maybe it was a plastic XD he used in the holdups??

If you remember what city it was in, you could always call them and file a Freedom of Information Act request for the police report.

It's quite possible that it was one of those Glocks that was accidently misprinted with Springfield Armory's logo and XD on the side of it.... I also heard Glock had a manufacturing defect at one point that caused their weapons to be manufactured with striker and loaded chamber indicators by mistake.
