I don't know what wholesale is, but, in stores they range anywhere from 429-499, usually with holster, 2 clips and one high cap clip. You can get them at gun shows for 399. This is in the Dallas/Ft Worth area.

I picked my XD-40 up with 3 HC magazines, mag loader, XD gear polymer holster, polymer mag pouch, lock and case for $419, normally runs $499
