Another range bag thread

Looking for a range bag that can also double as a laptop carrying case. My laptop is a 17" screen, so that limits my choices a little I think. I've seen some bags that have removeable inserts for the laptop, but haven't seen any for a 17" screen. Any ideas?

I see you using the range bag a lot at the range.

Then putting the laptop in it and going to the airport for a vacation or business trip.

Then TSA detects explosives on your bag and ....

I'd get two different bags myself.

yeah thats a good point. TSA has that bomb and explosive sniffing technology.

that's all you need is a trigger to get you searched and violated. you would be on a list for a positive hit too.

LOL, never thought of that. Wouldn't matter anyway, I have only flown once in my life, and unfortunately don't have any plans to travel in the near future by plane. I mostly wanted to be able to consolidate when taking road trips, being able to keep all valuables in one bag with me(guns, computer, etc.) was my main concern.

Maxpedition might be worth looking at... they have lots of variations of shoulder bags.
