40 cal rainier bullets reloading

ive never reloaded plated bullets before and i would like to use the 165hp rainier bullet and longshot powder any body got any info that can help

always keep your velocity under 1200 FPS. with plated pistol bullets. Most companys post max velocity perameters for thier bullets on thier web sites. Berrys Bullets do.
