New Purchase

I am going to purchase another rifle soon. I already have a 1943 SA Garand but am considering getting another Service grade Garand from CMP. My other option is a Lee Enfield No. 4 Mark 1. Anyone shot the Enfield in .303? I already have a Mauser 98K and a Mosin Nagant 91/30, so the Enfield might help to fill out my collection. However, I love Garands. What would you guys suggest?

I vote to fill out the collection.

I have a sporterized Enfield (upper handguard removed, lower handguard cut back) which I like, but I'm looking to sell it and get an unmolested version.

I agree with Mad Pick. The nice Enfields are becoming harder to find.

+3 fill out the collection. I have a Garand and now I'm looking for and 03 Springfield and a original GOV't 1911 for a good price. I enjoy the search for such weapons almost as much as I do owning them. Have a friend who picked up a pretty nice late 1800's trap door Springfield if I remember correctly chambered in a 45-70 a couple years back at a garage sale for next to nothing. I don't know much about them but he was off the wall happy.
There still out there and some people have no idea what there sitting on.

Thanks for the advice - I'll go with the Enfield. I do plan on an 03 in the future.
