No Email Notifications

Exclamation No Email Notifications

Despite having the "Instant Email Notification" option turned on, I am not getting any notifies. Could an Admin look at my account and see what's the problem?

yeah, see...I didn't get an email when Russ posted. I had to come back and manually check the thread for new posts.

Now, when I come back to the forum, the New Posts lights work and all that, I just don't get emails.

Erich,

Took a look at your issue and the problem is your ISP is blocking our email. You need to contact ATT.net and tell them to stop, that it is legitimate mail and that you are upset that they are blocking it. Please see the message below, I've removed your email address for security reasons:

Yours are going through just fine. So if you aren't receiving them, they are either going to your spam folder, some other type of filter, or you aren't subscribing to threads properly. I had to send a test PM to you in order to generate an email from the system to scan our logs.
