wasn't there a nick cage movie w/him sporting twin 'gold plated' 1911 in his back waist band? 'face off' maybe? bonehead will know, if he sees this? i too did like last man standing for 1911s.

thanks for the assist on faceoff w/gold plated 1911s. they did look cool, but i don't want to say this movie is worth seeing for 1911s here. if OP can just view an opening scene maybe?, that was when he pulled those twin 1911s in superslomo out from behind his back. i think he even reloaded mags too? [been along time ago...hope it's on youtube or something? and WHERE is bonehead when you need him!?]

Just noticed that Rossi in Criminal Minds carries a 1911.
