Review: I went into this one with high hopes. I left rather disappointed. It felt like every inch of this film was taken from another movie. It was a sort of compilation of other movies. The idea itself was original, but everything else had the look and feel of another movie. After 300 and Watchmen, Zach Schneider dropped the ball with this one. Good gun play. Too much story inside a story bull ****. This movie felt like it was made for a Japanese anime fan base. The demographic for this movie is way too small, and it will fail. This sort of movie should have appealed to me, the nerd at heart. It did not do it. I'm going to watch 300 and Watchmen again, just to ease my frustration.

I went and saw this today in IMAX and left saying meh....I would say visually the movie was great but the story was kind of dry. I couldnt get excited about the plot which was basically securing items on a list which was achieved like you are playing through a level of Killzone or the like in a alternate reality (think inception). It was kind of "animeish" which made it pure fantasy but that is basis for this move, fantasy. The best part of the movie would be the fact that it had girls scantaly dressed with guns which was worth the price of admission. It's an okay movie at best and not even close to par with 300 or Watchmen. Did I mention girls with guns?

Hot chicks with girls?? haha that's a good one. Didn't hear too many good things bout the film either! If it was abuot hot chicks with girls maybe it would be better...
Any one seen True Grit?! Thought it was brilliant! The girl who is asking Jeff Bridges ( don't know his name in the film) for help is an amazing actress! Was pretty impressed!
