how much would it be to ship don's guide rod and wolf spring kit, along with the conversion barrel for my xd 40 service model.

I can't find shipping cost on the xd gear web site

I don't think Don manufactures, sells or ships conversion barrels. You will need to contact James (www.xd-hs2000.com) or Scott (www.pistol-gear.com)to get one of those.
