What Material
What Material is the Wolf Spring made from. Is it 300 Stainless, or another material. Their web site did't say.
I saw in an earlier post that Don's Rod is made of 300 Stainless and was curious if it was the same material.

The spring material that Wolff uses is a very high grade spring steel that is a very good choice for coil springs. I am not sure what other manufacturers use, but I suspect the Wolff springs are possibly as good as it gets for pistol springs
Stainless is usually not a good choice for springs, especially ones that cycle as deep as recoil springs. |
