I lost all my washers within a week of getting Don's Rod thanks to my Nazi Housecleaning wife. Don sent me a new bunch within days. Great product and great service.

I can be fast on replacements if I know an owner is out, but I have been known to take a few days if they are casual replacements. They are still produced on my home lathe and lapped by hand to the final dimensions, so sometimes can get behind. Let me know your urgency and email me your address when you need them.

I hope to always treat them as a free warranty product, with support direct from myself no matter where they are bought (new or used).

Use 'em up, I'll send more.

I ordered 5 Hi-Cap mags and it took 2 months, but I understand that every one was buying one. But the Black T finish they say takes 8-12 weeks seems like a long time

Uh, this stuff isn't from me. I sell my rods to websites that then sell them on their own. I offer support for my products, but I am not a part of any web store.
