theres a video on pistolgears site on how to install it, as well as the sticky here in the forum that shows you how to install it. its only tricky to get in the first time, the second time i put it in, it fell right into place. its super simple to install, and i love the fact when i clean it, i can now properly wipe down my guide rod. the #18 is very nice indeed, my groupings (lol if you can call what i shoot grouped) are nice, and theres deffinatly a different feel to my gun when i shoot it. it just doesnt seem to be as jerky as it was with the stock. i put 3 mags worth right in the head area of the target today, and it looked like i only fired one mags worth, so yeah.. buy it, you dont like it put it up for sale here on the forum, someones liable to buy it. cheers
