Given the popularity of the XD45 Compact and Standard, I am very surprised that Wolff has yet to introduce a non-captured recoil spring assembly. Has anyone inquired?

Come on Don just make a copy of the standard spring assembly with Tungsten components already...... That easy right? Anything new?

And then we can have a 2 piece heavy guide rod with no optional springs. That sounds like a smart idea to me.
