DGR for 5" .45 Compact?

going to be purchasing a DGR for my 5" .45 XD Compact, the 5" tactical fatty rod will work with the compact, correct.

I cannot decide between the fatty and the one that uses 1911 springs, i would think weight up front would be better than the ability to change springs (it is not a comp gun)

i like the idea of the weight on the fatty,
i do like the bushing on the one for 1911 springs though too...

help me decide?

thought?

My big motive for the one with the bushing was at the time there was only the factory spring. Now that there are other spring choices the fatty is fine. If you are playing with some odd combos then the skinny gives you a wide range of springs, but for most ammo the range of springs with the fatty are plenty and the forward weight feel nice.

Thanks Don,

I just ordered the fatty and the red striker indicator guide in RED

I will be detailing the letters in my new .45 compact tactical in red so it should look pretty sweet.

also, i had a product idea, so pm sent in a few.

thanks for the great product
