Quick CB questions

I've got a couple of quick questions about CB holsters. I'm pretty sure, but i need clarification about different gnus in the same holster. I have an Ultra Compact 1911 from Springfield that i carry right now. I'm sure ill be getting more 1911s in the future and would like to know if the same holster will work for all 1911s? Future will probably be full size as well, my UC is only a 3.5"er.

Second question: For those who have ordered, would you recommend calling in an order or using the form on the website?

Thirdd q: Does anyone use the V-clips. I don't get how they work and would like to know before i decide to or not to order them with the holster. i was thinking of just getting the J-clips with the standard ones that comes with it.

Thanks!

No, the kydex part of the holster is specifically molded for each gun. 1911 and XD versions are not going to be cross compatible. I ordered online, Mark uses Yahoo to help him with web transactions, so it goes through a secure tunnel through Yahoo IIRC.

I too am wondering about the V-clips, they are only 10 dollars extra so I'll probably just get the j-clips for an extra set.

The only pictures I've seen with the Supertuck actually in a waistband have all been with the J-clip and Snaploks. I dont really understand much more than the fact that V-clips use velcro to attach to the belt.

does anyone here use the V-clips and if so could you post pics of your belt and holster free from concealment. (meaning a pic of just your belt and holster)

It seems like a nice idea but the J-clips look to hide-away nicely.

I know 1911s and XDs wont be but, will all sizes of 1911s fit the same holster is my Q.

Smile V clips

I just got my supertuck yesterday with the V clips. The velcro is on the back of the belt and attaches to clips that come over the waistband. There is only a small bit of plastic visible at top, behind the belt. (not that you can see the top of my belt, I've got a dunlap to cover that)

Overall they seem very secure. I will post pics when I get a chance.

Here are some images of the vclips. I'm not sure the pics will work so I'll include links below.
