It's Here
I ordered my supertuck deluxe on 31 March and got it out of the mailbox about 2 hours ago. Put it on as soon as I got in the house. Keep in mind this is the first IWB holster I have ever had on.
First of all it wont win any beauty contests. Thats fine with me because I don't want anyone to see it anyway. I lost some weight last year so I had to move back to some 36" jeans from the 34". My first impression is I like it. I know I need some breakin time so I will have the horsehide on for the next few days when I am off. Not sure yet about tucking in the shirt with it but I will try it again after some breakin. So far so good. If the comfort is like it is now I know it will be great after the breakin. |

I LUV mine! I can wear it with Summer or Winter wear. I have worn it for 7 days straight, about 13-16 hours each day.
Hope that you like yours as well. BTW, it was my third IWB holster, will be my last! Except for another one.

Since I work 24 hour shifts, today was the first full day with it on. I spent about 3 hours driving and the rest of the day working around the house. For one full day it is breaking in very quick. So back on shift again on Tuesday so Wednesday will be day 2. I split time with the XD45 compact and XD9mmSC. It sure is nice having one holster that will work for 2 carry handguns.
Did a work over with Kali Leather Life and it is off until Wednesday. I will try to update on the end of day 2. Last edited by 45 Shooter : 04-21-2008 at 05:42 PM. |

Well near end of day 2 and it is starting to get hot here down south. Broke a few pretty good sweats today and the crossbreed is twice as comfortable as it was at the end of day 1. The XDs are very secure in it and today the 9mmSC got the ride for the day.
I have to drive to Houston in the morning so it will be about 10 to 12 hours in the drivers seat with it on. I switched over to the J hooks and have a new 1 3/4 ranger belt also. It stays very secure and no tuggging at it during the day. Still a little leather squeak but it is subsiding. |

Afer a lot of time on the raod yesterday the crossbreed is doing fine. I am not going to say I didnt even know I had it on during all those hours of driving but it is very comfortable. It will get another days work today. With what I have to do today I am going to switch to the 45comp and see how the extra inch will do with a lot of physical activity.

Well the breakin seems to be complete. One thing I did learn was for me anyway, I do seem to switch beteen the 3 and 4 oclock position depending on what I am doing. On long drives the 3 oclock position is the best and for normal day work and activities the 4 oclock seems to work best. Again it may just be my build but it is what works for me.
I think this was a great investment and have no regrets. I encourage anyone to try one of these. I wish I had other IWB holsters that I have worn to compare it to but I dont think you can beat the comfort level. |
