Supertuck Deluxe Question

I have a few Comp-Tac holsters that I absolutely love. I really want to try a leather / kydex hybrid but the price of the M-TAC has me questioning it and the Crossbreed is the other holster in this category.

My question has to do with retention. On the Comp-Tac the retention is in the trigger guard with a dimple. On the crossbreed for the XD's it looks like the retention for the crossbreed is at several points including the ejection port area. To me, this means that the crossbreed utilizes more wear points to hold the gun and would therefore cause more holster wear points on the gun than the comp-tac that will only wear the trigger guard. Does anyone have both and can compare holster wear / retention points for me?

Thanks in advance!

The chamber indicator slides in and out of the reverse dimple for the front sight to clear. The holster is not snug enough to cause excessive friction on anything, once you have started the draw. The thing is just unbelievably well designed. Just smooth as silk. Like pulling silk stockings off of an overly pampered leg
