After wearing my Super Tuck about 5 days a week for about 4 years the plastic cracked. The leather was crumpled and had taken on a life of its own. I sent it in with some extra money to upgrade to the horse hide and just got the replacement. About 10 days. Great service. Great product. Mark tell Matt thanks, I owe him a beer, just stop by.
