Cool idea?

How cool would it be if they took a bunch of pictures of your holster and sent them to you with the finished product? Or instead of a date when you check for shipping theres a picture of your actual holster where its at in production?

I suspect it doesn't take much more than a couple hours to actually make the holster and a few days to get it in the cue.

It's not like it's a thing of beauty. The holster is meant to functional not a 300 dollar custom job. Not knocking the holster I have mine on as I type. I just don't see the need to get updates on something that i already know what it's going to look like.

Maybe with a custom gun, but ya not a holster. I did that with a bass I built for a guy once. First pics were just blocks of wood, the smaller blocks, then glued and clamped, etc until he got the finished roduct. We both thought it was pretty cool. Shows the customer that their order is in fact in progress. But that's only necessary with a longer wait time (this was about 3 months start to finish...)
