I am going to purchase a MicroClip for my LCP, and I plan on getting a Laser in the near future. My question is this:

If I get the MicroClip for the LCP with Laser, will I be able to use the holster with my LCP without the laser until I purchase the laser?

I'm not sure about the laser question, but I recommend you purchase the Minituck instead of the Microclip (or both).

I own BOTH and I really like and wear my Minituck sooo much more. I was really surprised at how much more stable and comfortable the Mini (2 clips) is when compared to the Micro (1 clip). Both are really nice products, but I you have to pick one, go with the Mini.

My dad has a minituck for his LCP with CT's. I have a micro clip for my LCP without the CT's. I like the micro clip just fine on the crossbreed belt. With a good thick belt it stays in place pretty well vs. my thin belt I wear for work or going out. To answer your question there is a good amount of wiggle room when I put my gun without the CT's in his holster made for the CT's. I think it would be fine for carrying just a short time until u get the laser, but if u plan to carry for a while before you get it u may want to consider another option. Also have you tried an LCP with a laser? I prefer the LCP without the laser. I had planned on getting a laser myself until I shot my dads and I really didn't care for it. Just some food for thought hope it helps.

Thanks for the input! I ended up getting a micro clip from the BLEM thread for only $25 - made for just LCP - no laser. I gotta say, I love it! I agree 100% with you on wearing it with the CB belt - it holds it just right. My other belts let it wiggle too much. If I didn't have the CB belt, I'd definitely go with the mini instead of the micro.

I actually used it with my gym shorts the other day - had to run to the store, and it worked just perfectly! I love Cross Breed, and I love my LCP!

I've not used the laser MadFire - I'm going to try one out at the range, and see what you are talking about. I'm not crazy about the sights on the LCP, but up close, I'm hitting center mass... so you know
