The inside (body side) right? I would try saddle soap.

Do not wash it

Brush it with a stiff bristle brush and work some saddle soap or neetsfoot oil into it

Don't over do it, don't soak it, just work some into it.

No, the whole piece of leather from inside out. My horsehide Supertuck looks like the cowhide at the end of the day.

I'll have to give it a try, never really dealt with nice leather products before. Whenever my leather belts get soaked through I hang them on the fence and hope they are dry the next day. But they all start to smell after a while.

I only asked because I didn't know what saddle soap would do to the dye on the other side.

How about a t-shirt or wife beater when wearing your ST??

I always wear an undershirt when I carry, even carrying OWB..

Soaked with sweat and drying, I found is the best way to have the holsters mold to you.

My FNP's ST after snow shoeing last winter. That's how it dries. Perfect.

I also agree about wearing some form of undershirt. I always have some type of barrier between my skin and holster.
