Problem with crossbreed supertuck and belt

I ordered a supertuck and belt from crossbreed together. I love the supertuck...and the belt. The problem is they do not work together. The belt is so thick that I cannot get my supertuck on properly over it...the clips won't go around right. I now carry my supertuck IWB with my regular belt...and have relegated my crossbreed belt to the rare occasions that I carry OWB or USPSA/IDPA.
They both work and are of excellent quality....but I was disappointed that the set I ordered together doesn't work together

Are these new items? As in recently made, or do they have the older plastic clips? If they are the new steelclips they should fit fine as we added some extra throat to those when we tooled them up. If you pants are particularly thick that may be adding to it or it's possible the belt is on the wide side, that added to a heavy pant material could cause it. I don't really know without more info.

Also, it's hard to rectify situations that we don't know about, did you contact us yet?

thanks

I find that to be odd. I have multiple supertucks both with the platic clips and the metal ones as well. They all work on my crossbreed belt with out issue.

Mine work great together. Thinking about getting some of the steel clips here soon.
