Cayenne pepper and Italian dressing.

Grilled or baked.

You could bake (after thawing in the microwave) at 350 for an hour, covered with a can of cream of mushroom soup, a little butter, and some red wine or cooking sherry.

Use the soup/wine as gravy on a baked potato.

I've always liked Jamaica Me Crazy. Then throw it on the grill.

Dale's Seasoning (found at Wal-Mart and Kroger-affiliated grocery stores) and Italian dressing. Marinade for 30minutes, grill on high heat for 2 minutes, flip over, 2 more minutes, move to indirect heat until done.

Lemon pepper, maybe some Old Bay and Wishbone Italian dressing. Cheap italian dressing flares up pretty easy on the grill.
