I like walkerswood jerk on grilled chicken.

use very hot coals after a marinade for a few hours in the jerk. good stuff. white rice and veggies goes great with it or lettuce and tomato with a bit of mayo on a kaiser.

winning! (and hot)

Marinate in bag with olive garden Italian dressing. Don't laugh, but put on George Foreman grill 4 mins. Some of the juiciest chicken I've ever had at home. Fast, healthy, simple.

Gotta make it your own - about the only thing I ever make the same way every time is cold cereal, and even then I usually mix two different types together.

Try out Yoshidas if you haven't before. It's great on steak, pork, chicken, etc. In fact, I have 6 chops marinating from yesterday that I'll throw on the grill when wifey gets home.

+1 ..... Dale's mixed with Italian dressing is amazing.....and I normally don't like Italian dressing.
