Shot at new Range today....need advice

Went to a New (to me) range West of me Bandera gun range.....1st thing I'll say it's nice sized and a lil weird. When I signed in (paid) guy told me where the pistol ranges where.....now correct me if I'm wrong ( I should of taken a pix) but each pistol range had 4 target setups about 30-40 yards (50 most)...so DON' T YOU SHARE???........the 1st one I went to had some young 20ish kid with his mom...and the table was full of their stuff...they were only using ONE target....but I moved to the next...had a couple shooting on 2 targets side by side and the other 2 were empty....one worse than the other.....I they were 7 yards from the targets (ALL TARGETS WERE STATIONED. YOU MOVE TO WHAT DISTANCE)...so I started setting up my target and gear. They came back to the table and I noticed their car keys on the ground...I picked them up and asked where they theirs and the guy gave me a look like I pissed on his bush...and sure enough he said We are not done here...you'll have to want till where done which is not long...No problem...the wife was more friendlier and kind....she must of said something to him when they went back DR cause when he came back he spoke in a more friendlier manner......he had Berreta Storm and actually let me feel the weight...nice....on my way out I saw the rules for the pistol range and it says all persons shooting should be on the same line at the same time...and to SHARE the range..WTH??....

Ok here's the issue The 1st 2 pics I'm posting are of Head shot attempt and a 20 yard attempt....It wasn't till after the head shot attempts I realized the targets were on a slight upgrade......I couldn't compensate?? The other pixs I did some weak hand, 5-20yd shooting.....I tried the 2" in drill and was hitting below....since I had 2 targets...I stood between them 8 yards away and shot back and forth and was shooting below...but still in the 9 area....any shots you see outside of 7 was from the other shooter.....

I worked on my grip and trigger position...I tried finger tip and mid joint .....I actually shot better with mid joint.....

After reading all of that....what is it that you need advice on? There seems to be a phenomenal amount of details that has no bearing on anything. Just sayin'.....

LOl.....shooting upward..... I tried to compensate by aiming higher but
It didn't help much....
