To the guy's credit, gents, he did say he was on a motorcycle when the guy in the car pulled over and blocked him in. You can't just throw a bike in reverse and retreat, nor are they very maneuverable when you're on foot, depending on your skill level with the bike and how big it is. It *sounds* like he was boxed in.

Anyways, sounds like it's something for the jury to figure out, unfortunately.

That's very specific wordage "blocked him in", and was not used in the original post. His post said something to the extent of, "so I pulled over to stop and tell him what a jerk he was but had no intention of escalating things further". Otherwise I and others would not have written as such.
