Your title reads one handed reloads although you technique isn't really one handed.
In this situation, time is of the essence.

Here the videos you asked for.

What if your not wearing shoes? or you have gone through a lot of rounds and the gun is warm and you put it between your legs? And why does no one use the slide stop to rack it with one hand? I figured if your one handed that would be "ok" thing to do.

in my inexperienced opinion, I like the idea of knowing I can do it this way if I need to. the fact its possible how ever awkward it may be, might come in handy some day.

also the whole putting it behind my knee as I crouch is a good idea too. I take it that's a preferred method.

That's the method I prefer. It's been taught for a few years now. Not only is it a secure place to hold a pistol while you insert a new magazine, it also makes you a much smaller target (I hope behind a piece of cover or at least concealment).

Thanks for the video!

Sorry the d-bags had to come out and try to correct your opinion on something you felt might be informative to others.

Folks are not douchebags because because they bring to light honest problems with proposed techniques or other ways that might be more viable of getting it done.

Both pros and cons have been presented here, let the end user make up his own mind.

This one have run it's course.
