The officer did not shoot the suspect. Nobody was hit.
As I last heard, the officer is still working for that department to this day.

Miracle neither the suspect or the other officer was hit with ricochet fragments. That bullet must have hit the concrete only about a foot away from both, and at a 45 degree angle to both. She got lucky. If she hits either, she's in deep doo-doo.

Wow! Amazingly it happens a lot while deployed. Had a guy ND into his buddy's crotch about 2 months ago....not a good battle buddy.

I like the x frame Smiths flying around. Not a gun to let a newbie try.

Yeah we had a guy have a ND while deployed to Iraq, shot a jersey barrier, fragments hit a guy standing next to him in the face.

There is a longer video out there. He had just fired the gun into the air a few times in celebration and then set it on the table and turned away when the kid picked it up.

Wow, there is so much wrong with those videos. I always dislike seeing people turned off to shooting and firearms. Just think of the kids in the classroom with the LEO saying that he is "qualified", that equals a bad experience for all of them. Not to mention the question of the day ..... So little Johnny, what did you learn at school today? Well Daddy I learned that even people who carry guns for a living can be hurt by their own guns because they are so dangerous..... I also like seeing all the Elmer Fudds out there hand their girl a gun with no instruction and think its funny when it knocks them on their A$$. What a way to win friends and influence people.

In my Utah conceal carry class today, our instructor showed that video and said that the female officer did, in fact, shoot the guy in the arm.
