Well now it is the dreaded long 10week wait to get my license

10 weeks! That sucks! Mine was like 35 days but the law says that after 30 days it is considered issued. Can't recall if it was 30 days, a month, 4 weeks, 2 fort nights or whatever..wasn't going to carry until I had that card in hand

That is still super fast I am going on a little over 2 months in KY.... I am waiting on the flash pack right now well waiting 4 weeks as of today

It took 9-10 weeks to get mine here in New Mexico. I guess the wait here is now running 15-16 weeks. Our DPS, Dept of Public Services is telling everyone that the FBI checks are the hold up. TONS of people applying/getting permits here in NM.

I used my waiting time productively, I got all my CCW gear in order, did some range time every week, practice, practice, practice was my mantra during that wait. We can open carry here, so it was not all that bad, I do open carry now and then anyway.
