Very good for all of them. The idea that everyone should be ultimately responsible for their own protection is catching on.

Sums it up very nicely, sir. My wife came to the same conclusion after 2 'youths' tried to break into our house while she was home alone. Took her 36 hours to decide "I don't like being scared. I want a gun and to know how to use it".

14 months later: She really likes the trigger mods I've done on her Glock 19 and XDm 5.25, she's taken her CCW class and sent off the application for the permit, and has developed a real fondness for my XD .45

Now she wants to take a Practical Shooting class. I'm happy.

very nice it does seem like it really has been catching on a lot I know my wife and I have recently gotten ours and there were a lot of other young couples at the class too. I like knowing that I'm not the only one with a gun. I wish this could hit mainstream culture in our country. I'd like it to become something more people are comfortable with. it does seem to be catching on slowly that guns are in fact used for things other than bank robberys and mass shootings.. much to the dismay of mainstream media.

MI CPL permits are growing almost exponentially. In my tiny town, the local PD secretary told me with the number of purchase permits and CPL permits, she feels safe
