230gr Fed Hydra-Shok in all my 45acp carry guns. I use these because I've seen the testing results from the GA SHP (my cousin was a trooper) and he had seen them in action in training. Plus my Kimber is set up for them and has had zero problems where Gold Dots didn't function well in it (they ran perfectly in my XD and XDM pistols)

I Picked up a box of the Hornady Critical Duty. Anyone have any input on these? .40 for my XD Sub.

- CCI Stinger 32-grain (In BX-25 25-round magazine)

Hornady claims it has.

I've yet to see an independent test (short of Utoob Kommando backyard shoots) on it.

ETA--and my carry/defensive pistols are either stoked with HST, Ranger-T, or Gold Dots--all in the heaviest weight available for caliber.
