You are correct, the Bible tells us to go to ALL the world and teach them (Mark 16:15–16) which means that we are not to shun those whom practice immorality—we are to teach them so that they will see that they are practicing sin and hopefully they will change their lifestyle. Read also I Corinthians 6:9....
