Car key in front right pocket (sometimes coin pocket when wearing jeans), main keys in front left pocket, phone in front right pocket, gun on left side.

When we lived in Colorado, it was common for thieves to go buy a universal replacement remote from the hardware store and then just drive around the neighborhood pushing the button.

Keys in the left front pocket. For some reason, I've never unlocked my doors (even with manual locks) with my right hand. Gun at 3:30-4:00. Cell phone is in whatever pocket it will fit. Just got the new Razr, haven't had to carry it yet. But my phone is least of my concerns. I figure if I need it, it's going to be an either/or situation. Either my gun or my phone. Or my gun THEN my phone.

I have recently put alot of thought into this. While at work I cannot carry but I can have a knife. My pants are different than most wear at work. They are 5-11 tac-lites. They have very deep back pockets that slant at the top. Look it up if that's not clear . I carry my wallet down in this pocket with the knife clipped on the edge. This allows my radio on my duty belt to cover the knife which gives me a little element of surprise. The keys stay in my bag on the ambulance. Phone in left cargo pocket. When off duty it depends on the weather. Gun stays at 3:30 knife in left hip pocket for off hand access. Keys are in right front pocket with only the fob inside the pocket. Phone goes in left front pocket or in right front jacket pocket(. It makes it easier to clear my jacket of my draw with a little weight in the right jacket pocket.). Extra mag either in left jacket pocket or in IWB holder on left hip about 8:30.

I am always wearing tac/cargo pants/shorts . . so . . keys in front left top pocket, knife clipped to lower left cargo pocket, cell phone in holster on left side belt (colon area), wallet in right lower cargo pocket, cash/money clip in front right top pocket, gun/holster on right side belt. At night I have a tac flashlight in my left front lower cargo pocket. I have used this organization for many years, never think about getting something out of a pocket, just go there to get whatever.

I don't get surprised when I'm getting in my car or house. For one thing, I don't live in an apartment where someone can come up on my in a hall when I'm getting my keys out. I live in a house with an attached garage and garage door opener, so I almost never use my house key. (I'm not criticizing those who live in apartments, just explaining my reality).
When I'm going to my car in a parking lot, I keep my head on a swivel, and when possible, I walk up a different row from my car, then cross over when I get up to it. That way nobody follows me, and if they did follow me, it would be obvious. I also watch the vehicles around me to see if someone is sitting in them. If I'm carrying my keys in my hand for a few steps, I put them into my left hand.

For me it depends. My keys usually goes into the front pocket of my pants and my phone, it depends on what I wear. If I wear a shirt with a front pocket, it goes in that. If I wear a jacket, it goes in my left pocket because if I had to draw and hold a man at gunpoint so I can call the cops, I am right handed.
