I figure in the chest area, women have more options for concealment - but I wouldn't know, as I'm a guy. I just figure...anyhoo..

I use the Galco FLECTH
it is so comfortable and with my belly it concels well with a tee-shirt
I use either the Versipack, a Galco Fletch (very comfortable, but prints unless you have an oversized shirt), or if I'm wearing pants that have the room, a simple Uncle Mikes IWB.

Here is my Galco Fletch.

The versa packs look great for my camera and lens, gun, lunch etc. I don't like the stupid backpack type bags. I want it in front of me or to the side for easy access

For me, being a big guy (6'3" and 330lbs.) allows me to have far more options for CC. Since I typically wear reasonably loose fitting clothing and darker colored and/or patterned shirts, I find that I can easily conceal a full size firearm. In fact, my 4.5" XDm .45acp is my EDC. I carry it with a good leather belt and wear a Theis Horsehide Hybrid Holster at about the 4 o'clock position. I ALWAYS carry my BG380 in a pocket with an extra mag or two. It typically serves as my BUG, but I will occasionally wear it solo when I am in a situation where I absolutely cannot risk printing.

I wear a CBST as well with a CB belt @ 3:30-4:00, SW 4516 (very heavy) I am 6'1" about 306 pounds. Zero problems even with a t-shirt.
