My recommendation for a wheel gun is the Taurus Protector Model 851 Ultra-Lite Titanium .38SPL. This is my wifes CCW.
I have carried it numerous times and it is very easy to carry.
My personal pocket gun is a Taurus TCP. I borrowed every LCP and Kel-Tec I could find and rented the TCP at the local indoor range before I settled on the Taurus. It cost me over a $100 just to test them all. I thought the trigger was much better on the TCP and it just felt more comfortable to me. The extra mag is also a plus. The TCP has been 100% reliable at just a little over 500 rounds of PMC 90gr FMJ and MagTech 95gr JHP. Had to slow down on the ammo once I felt it was going to do it's job. I own 2 Kahr's, so the P380 was considered, but the money just wasn't right. I bought the TCP for a specific reason. I do a lot of cycling and needed something that would carry in the back elastic pocket of a riding jersey. I carry a cell phone, a power bar and the TCP in a Nemesis. That's a lot for a riding jersey.
Criminals love gun control -- it makes their jobs safer.
Guns only have two enemies: rust and politicians.
