Anyone have any experience with Horus Vision

I have a 700 SPS Varmint with a Bell & Carlson M40 stock and am looking for glass. I really really like the Horus vision reticles specifically the h58/h59. However I cannot afford the Nightforce or any of the other quality optics with that reticle because they charge big licensing fees. My question is does anybody have any experience with the Horus vision scopes? Namely the falcon 5-20x50, are they of any quality? They claim to be, I know I’m not buying a Schmidt & Bender but are they worth it for the price tag ($1350). I work at LGS so can get it for just under $1000 but if they order it for me and I don't like it I’m out $1000 because they will expect me to buy it. Any input would be appreciated.

it says its a heavy recoil scope, and your list doesn't include anything with recoil.

I don't know about that one, but a cheaper scope by them I was considering was made with Chinese lenses, so I passed and got something I was more comfortable trusting.

well thanks for the input its only on a .308 so recoil shouldn't be that bad. where did you find the info about the Chinese lenses?

What's the rifle's intentions? I don't have experience with anything other than a mildot, but the rifle's intended purpose would help you decide. Hunting rig? Benchrest only? I can't speak highly enough about the swfa lines of scopes, I have had 4 total, currently have 2 a SS16x42, and a SS20x42

It's mostly gonna be a paper punching/tactical rifle I want to try out hunting with it but if I get into hunting I will most likely get something more geared towards that. I am pretty set on that reticle though

It seams to me the illuminated aspect of that scope is kind of wasted on paper punching. Apart from that; I don't see how it could be so bad that you'd hate it and consider your money wasted, if that's the reticle you want.

Me, I'd like the H25 reticle more, and use it for hunting too.
