I used a CMMG lower on my first build. Got it from Aim Surplus for $113.96 shipped.
Bought a CMMG Fire for Effect kit. It seems to work pretty well. I just ordered the Superior Arms lowers for the next couple of builds. But they are on back order at Aim for now. That doesn't bother me because I don't have the rest of the parts for the builds yet anyways. My boss didn't want to wait for a SA lower to come in so he ordered a CMMG from Aim for his first build. (His son bought him a 20" Del-Ton kit as a present.)

Yeah, I picked up a few of the 10/30 mags online from CWS. After you leave California you can put them back to 30 rounders.

Wow! I didn't realize that prices were that much higher in CA. I just found a CMMG Stripped Lower for $106 shipped and my FFL wants $10 for a transfer.

That's what they say about West Virginia too.
But they mean it in a different way.
