CMMG Lower Checklist

Hi Guys,
This is my first post here. I'm a long time gun enthuisiast but new to ARs, and planning my first build. I've got my upper specs nailed down I think and I'm looking at a CMMG lower. They have several options I'm puzzled about and hopefully you can help me out.

First is the trigger. Is there any real need for an upgrade from the standard for a fighting rifle? I have adjustable units on my long range rifles, but what can I expect from the standard CMMG unit? Unless it is excessively stiff or notchy or sloppy I'm thinking it should serve the purpose. Your thoughts?

Second is the: KNS Hammer and Trigger Anti Rotation Pins. No clue here. What is it, and why would I need it?

Third is the pivot pin upgrade to the KNS swivel pin. Again, no clue.

Fourth is the buffer choice. They have standard, H1, H2, H3, and tungsten. I've heard of H buffers but didn't know there were different types. Any help here would be appreciated.
Thanks!

Standard trigger is just fine for a fighting rifle

Don't "need" them

Again, don't "need" this

the H thru H3 are just different weights. Different factors decide which type (weight) buffer you need. The carbine will run fine on the regular carbine buffer or the H.
Thanks!

I stayed with the standard trigger. Those upgrade triggers are crazy expensive. You can find lighter trigger spring kits for $10. I wish there was some middle ground. Then again, I didn't build a 400 yard match rifle. Just a plinker at the 25 yard indoor range.

The people that sell those anti-walk pins claim the pins that hold the trigger in will walk themselves out. For a weekend plinker, I find them unnecessary. If they walk, I'll push them back in.

Thanks for the info. I'm getting a 16" med length upper assembly, and I'm planning on using the heavier bullet options. I assume that would dictate a heavier buffer? I'm not planning on running hot loads though. If anything in fact, toward the lower end. The muzzle blast from these short 223s is something I want to mitigate as much as possible.
