Thumbs up Look what I made.....

I’m tired of trying to clean my AR with only 2 hands. So I made a AR cleaning station. Saw one in the RRA catalog… so found some scrap wood and built one. Saved me $40.

You like??? Why buy when you can make it.

If it functions then its awesome. I have the "best gun vise" (literally whats its called). I bought it for 60 on sale. Well worth the money and works on more than just my 6 ARs. It was even big enough to accomodate my 24" 308 with enought strenght to hold not only together but the rifle locked in as well on the bench at the range when I was breaking it in, the dewey rod surprised me by its strenght, I swear I was about to faint I was pushing so hard between a few groups at first.

But that is very creative and it does make a hell of a difference cleaning doesnt it. Are you using a bore guide and 1 piece rod?
