New toys coming!

I just wanted to get your guy's opinions on the toys I'm going to most likely order later today for my AR15.

I'm going to get the new Aimpoint Micro T-1 on a SAR-3 ring to go on my Super sniper scope and a Lee Challenger Breech Lock Single Stage Press Kit and possibly some new pmags. If I don't get the press I can get a UBR stock and MIAD grip or even a Bobro bipod.

Here is my gun now:

Here is the T-1 on a SAR-3 mount from Tactical Night Vision Home Page that I want to get:

I was just curious what you guys thought about the other stuff (pros/cons) besides the red dot as I'm 100% sure on getting that.
Thanks.

Well since you asked for opinions........here is mine.

I'd go with Victors RPD II and save almost $400, I'm very happy with the one I got from him.

I thought about RPD II first, but I don't trust it for some reason. I'd rather pay once and cry once. Plus I can always use the Micro T-1 as my main sight if I decide to use it on anohter build.
Thanks.

i bought the RDP II, and i haven't cried yet! actually got my bro-in-law to buy one for his AK, he's put more abuse on his AK than i have on my AR, and he hasn't cried yet.

but the micros are cool too! thumbs up!

Very true, just thought I'd throw the idea of the RDP II out there to ya

Sorry if I sounded like I had something against the RDP II. I don't, as I haven't played with one. I just have the peace of mind with the T-1 I guess.

I also just got off the phone with Victor and order the SAR 3 and T-1. Hopefully I'll have it and some pics up next week. I also went ahead and got the reloading stuff so I'm spent...
Thanks.

for what you want to use it for the Aimpoint T-1 seems like a lot of sight and lot of money, you can use the same ring to mount a doctor type optic on it... this way you would be saving money and some additional weight and will achieve exactly the same results

I thought about that, but I may use this as a primary sight on another build later on so I figured what the hell.

Alternatively, you could also save some money using the H-1 instead too.
