AR Internal Assembly Instructions?

Got a CMMG lower and internal kit. Don't see any instructions on assembling on their website. Any good tutorials online?

This one's great, too! I used the tutorials found on AR15.com when I built mine, but I wish I would've known about this link. The video made it even better.

I used the AR15.com directions. Spent more time trying to find my tools than I did assembling it.

I used the taped vise grips to install the roll pins. Worked like a charm!

Highly recommend this, it works better than hammering in the pins.

I agree this was the easiest way to install the roll pins.

The kind of locking plyers I used for the roll pins were the ones on the right side of the picture. Also, I used regular plyers to squeeze the end of the roll pin ever so slightly so it would start easier.

There are 2 springs that can be confused. One is tapered at the bottom, one is straight. Straight one goes under the bolt cath. The tapered one goes under the disconnector.
