The only bad thing is , is that we only get to do this once a year . The main reason we were out so long is that we had our stock sights replaced with the tritium and had to get them sighted in and do requalification.
Our dept is yelling about us having to be more stricter on the amount of ammo we use , i say this makes for poor training . Skimp out on training and you get poor marksmanship . Money should never be an isue as far as training goes , but the higher-ups dont realize that as they buy all kinds of bullcrap they dont need and us in patrol get jack-squat
