Spikes lowers ???

What do you think about spikes lowers? I think I am fixing to order a couple.

I own one and am happy with it. Spikes does tend to be a bit tight, which is good.

The majority of the the lower's are made by 4 major companies. There really isn't much difference between them, other than finish and some cosmetic differences. Structurally they are they same.

There is a really good on article on ar15.com about lower recievers, I can't find it. When I do I'll post it.

I was wandering the same thing, so I asked about it on arfcom. One of the guys from Spikes Tactical replied back just saying that LWRC and Armalite also use API.

So, I'm still not sure who exactly API is, but they seem to build a reputable brand of lowers, because mine looks pretty good.
