SANCTUARY MUSH!

yeah go with the 16" that way you keep your options open for future variations of your AR. b/c the stag picture above was in it's 2nd version... and right now, it's on it's 4th and hopefully final variation. HAHAHAHA

Looks nice so far!

I was planning on ordering my CMMG lower from AIM this Friday when I get paid, now they're out of stock!

Screw CMMG, their customer service sucks and their product really isn't that great. I just got my CMMG upper yesterday and its nice and all, but my Rock River was MUCH better.

The machine work on this bolt is not all that great, upper receiver has burrs left from when the top rail was machined. While these are just very minor visual things, it bugs me to see them when I payed $60 more then my Rock River.

Just my .02,

-Derek

yeah CMMG sucks from what research ive done.

they pretty much have a 50/50 standing with thier customer's.

i wasntg about to spend my hard earned $ to find out if i would get crappy parts, and crappy customer service, or ok part's with ok customer service.

LMT is high quality at an affordable price.

All of my CMMG parts are 2nd to NONE!

The only problem with CMMG is they sold more "bargan bin" rifles than they were manned to produce.
Fit and finish is top notch.

If I were to get another AR in the near future CMMG would get more of my money.

$.02

Grip: FYI The VLTOR gas block won't cover up both the holes left from the removal of the front site base, just one of them. Trust me I know. I wound up having to go with the LaRue to cover up both holes, I think YHM makes one that will get it done too.

If ya still want to go VLTOR, I've got a spare, I'll give you a deal on.

For re-attaching a permanent flash hider: AR15.COM :: Forums :: Assemble your own LOWER, UPPER, FREE FLOAT, TRIGGER, GAS BLOCK - Step by step instructions! it's down the page a bit over 1/2 way.

Good choice on the Mega lower... I have one for my M4gery... Best lowers on the market as far as Im concerned...

Its looking good and you will LOVE the MIAD grip. I love mine.. You may want to get a couple of the different inserts for the MIAD though. I have the 3 extra rounds one and the battery compartment one (for my EOTech) Great setup.. Now hurry up, get it built and shoot it a bunch!!!
