damn, before i replaced the trigger group in my AK it would rip off six to eight rounds and leave the hammer down on a live round in the chamber. it was fun to shoot but always had to pick up the live round it ejected. the live round would have an indention on the primer but didn't fire. guess its a good thing i shot at a private range far from nosy neighbors...........y'all could have been reading about me!

that is some real BS if he didn't have any illegal parts.

From what I understand this rifle shipped from Oly in 1994 with SOME M-16 parts in the rifle, but nothing that would make the rifle shoot in full auto or burst. The rifle is NOT a machine gun, it was never manufactured into a machine gun illegally. This is just the BATFE and ATF trampling legitimate gun owners rights over a rifle that malfunctioned. Doesn't matter if it is a LEGAL rifle, it malfunctioned and fired more than one round per trigger pull and that makes it a machine gun. So if your pistol/rifle/double barreled shotgun fires more than one round per trigger pull you can be persecuted for it.

i dont know
the more i read, the more conflicted i become.
'evidently' the BATF found an unmarked third position on the selector switch.
then this guy represented hisself in court.
i dunno, something just isnt adding up here...
